That's great! Be careful, though, to try to work out what the underlying impulse was that drove you to Twitter as, in my experience, otherwise you can end up simply replacing one addiction with another.
So very true! I realize that I replace one with another so I have to be very careful and be mindful. I’m giving Facebook the boot next, but it can morph into compulsively checking a news site or even something without an emotional pull like Pinterest. Thank you for this article!

I blew Twitter off my phone. Even worse than it being an amazing time waster, every time I got off of it I realized I was extremely unhappy.
